Corporate Training
Our program now extends beyond individual training to include comprehensive corporate group training. Starting with practical IT Bootcamp sessions to bridge gaps left by traditional education, we then offer contract positions for talent to integrate into IT roles while being assessed by organizations. Finally, we provide targeted upskilling that prepares successful contractors for full-time roles, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and contribute to long-term organizational stability.
Corporate Training
Phase 1: Bootcamp
Offers practical IT training to equip individuals with essential skills before their first day on the job. The bootcamp includes hands-on experience in managing project tickets, understanding SDLC, and using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Participants receive PSM1 certification and JIRA training. This phase is available at a discounted rate.
Phase 2: Contract
Graduates enter 6-month contract positions to integrate into IT teams and gain practical experience. Initial placements are with established teams to ensure a supportive learning environment. High performers may take on more complex projects or be offered full-time roles after 6 months.
Phase 3: Group Upskill
Provides customized, role-specific training for both contractors and employees. Training paths cover a range of technical and non-technical skills, with options for certifications and industry-recognized programs. Training is conducted remotely and tailored to meet organizational needs.
